In reply to: WooCommerce Subscriptions Plugin Very SlowI just want to say that I have the exact same problem. I went through the support on woo themes as well, and they just send me that link with the plugin for disabling deprecated hooks, which make very little difference on the 4 sites I have running with this plugin.
Its especially frustrating from a plugin that pretty much locks you in, as the whole point of the plugin is subscriptions. You don’t want to lose the existing subscriptions, but the plugin got REALLY slow on the update to 2.0.
I really hope they will tell us some plan to improve this in the future.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Can’t save list settingsI have the exact same issue. I can’t save the settings where you choose your list and change the subscription text.
I have tried it in Chrome in incognito as well. Same problem. I do, however get the “Settings saved message. But the fields a reverting back, and the signup checkbox still has the original text.

In reply to: [Multisite Language Switcher] Translating taxonomy slugsHi Dennis, When do you think this feature will be included in the plugin? Thank you. Not that i need a specific data, just an approximate time like next month, in 6 months or 1 year? not to hold you up on anything.
That won’t disable the custom post types though. only the _builtin ones
Yeah okay.. I guess that allows for more granular control too.
It would still be very useful to just disable comments from all post types on all sites no matter what. Even if it means forcing it. But I guess its just a setup thing.
Thakns
ahh I see.. That makes a lot of sense.
But how about just the post types that has been registered site wide then – like “posts” and “pages”? Is that possible? I don’t actually now if its possible to see if a post type has been registered site wide — I’m thinking no.
Sorry – just thinking out loud.
Keep up the good work!
Oh and one last thing..
.. on the settings page we have the option to choose blog language and admin language. The blog language setting seems to be blocked by the new setting in WP 4.0 that allows for that exact same setting in core. Also, the drop down only show language, not locale, so when both english(us) and english(en) is installed, they both just say “English”. Pretty hard to know which is which.
But thats just a minor thing — just thought i’d let you know.
Hi Dennis,
Thanks for getting back.
1. Yeah a way to hide that button would be ideal.
2. Ahh, I see. didn’t know that. But the select2 still seems superior to the experimental auto complete, since that allows for both the drop down, and search – so potentially have that as an option too?..
Thank you !
