the code you suggested worked for me. So, to help others like me, the solution is this:go to your WordPress Dashboard > Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS and add the following:

thank you for your reply and your great suggestions. I followed your guide and also used the tools provided by Divi theme from Elegant themes. They have inside the theme a function similar to WP staging, to put the site in Safe Mode, but this also didn’t solves the issue.
The strangest part is that if you place a fake order with one or more items in the chart, and scroll down to the payment page, some characters are black also, so is difficult to understand what is happening. If needed, I can send to you a full copy of my e-commerce site made with Duplicator plugin.
