i have a file that is encrypted that i backed up a while back and its 10mb, it is a zip file and has enc on the end, what can i do with that? i try restore my site with that file but once again the password is not recognized
its 78 mb. it lets me download 20 mb using DES encryption, but the normal recommended encryption i use the same password and it does not let me download at all.
i need to download the whole file first before i can even use ftp.
the file is on my account in online backup site, how can you help getting it for me?
