The “Sticked post” is the newest.Sticked with function in WP theme options -> Blog -> Featured Post Count -> 1

Has setted in WP Admin: Settings -> Reading -> View maximum: 4 articles.
When you open e.g. Audio Novinky, there are 4 articles. – Good
When you open front page, there are 1 featured article (full width of content space) and 5 articles. – Not good….
There should be only 4 articles.That is the problem of the loop? Is possible to fix it?
Because when you open demo pages, it’s working well..

I want that when I open web site on a smartphone it will run tablet layout, not smartphone layout…
