i have found the solution to my problem.

I Install it manually, but the problem remains the same.
The same message is still there:
“Downloading install package from http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/download/amazing-grace.3.0.zip.
Download failed. Could not create Temporary file”.
My FTP log in information are now accepted. But the download failed again because the system cannot create temporary file.
here is the new message i get.
“Downloading install package from http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/download/amazing-grace.3.0.zip.
Download failed. Could not create Temporary file”.
