Ok, now you have deleted modified files that were there before(outdated). Thats why portfolio is missing right now. If you have any backup of your theme, you can overwrite with old files in theme/woocommerce folder.
Now, you have to know what modifications were inside those outdated files and transfer it to new files.Forum: Plugins
