In reply to: [Multisite Post Duplicator] Copyng all the posts of a selectd Post TypeYou can already do this by going into you list of posts/custom post types. Check the posts you want to duplicate to the new site. Then select the ‘action’ drop down. The duplicate option will be there. If you don’t see the option to ‘duplicate to XXXX’ then it means you don’t have the appropriate privalages to publish to that destination site. See screenshots on plugin page for ‘batch’ duplication! 🙂

In reply to: [Multisite Post Duplicator] Copying attachmentsIt really depends on the method you are using to ‘attach’ files to the post. Is it a plugin? Anything that is being logged as post meta should copy over fine as long as the database is returning the image url. If you let me know the plugin/method you are using to attach the files I’ll have wee investigation.

In reply to: [Multisite Post Duplicator] Fatal errorwp get sites is a core WordPress function and not directly related to this plugin. There must be an error in your multisite installation?
That’s an interesting question. The posts parent/child relationship is stored in the post database but at the moment I just ignore the column because it can lead to problems if the parent post’s ID doesn’t exist (or in conflict with an matching ID that already exists in the destination site). I never thought it would be a requirement actually so never thought about it further. I’ll see if I can think of a way to deal with that.
TL;DR: Not possible at them moment, will try and think of a way to bring this functionality 😉

In reply to: [Multisite Post Duplicator] Don't works in sub-domainare you using the same username / login details for each site? You have to have the same user id across the network.
If you want to set me up that would be great. Would need to be set up as a super admin to get the full picture.

In reply to: [Multisite Post Duplicator] Don't works in sub-domainAh yes. Sorry. My mistake, I misunderstood the question. Yes. You have to install the plugin in all sites you want to use as the source of the copy. I would recommend doing a network activation.

In reply to: [Multisite Post Duplicator] Don't works in sub-domainYou must not have the adequate role in the other sites. You set the required role in settings (default is admin). So if you are not an admin in the other sites on your network you will not have the ability to duplicate to those sites.
