this happened a few weeks ago, I was not able to log in via safari, but I still can automatically log in via chrome since I set remember the password, but yesterday , all of sudden , can not log into via chrome , either.
Thanks for your quick response. I tried the link both ways, not work. I also tried to change password in database following your instruction, still can not log into the dashboard.
I doubt that there may be nothing wrong with the password, when I type username and password to log in, there is not any notice saying that username or password not right. only the username and password turned back to be blank.
is there any solution for this ? thanks
