@aadursun Thanks for brining that to my attention! I have actually checked compatibility on desktop, tablet, and mobile. As well as safari & chrome. I’m not able to duplicate the issue. My devices have no overlap. If you don’t mind me asking which browsers and devices did you have this issue on?

In reply to: [Chained Quiz] Aweber Integration@prasunsen What would it take for you to get an integration with Aweber?
@aadursun Great! Thank you! Here’s the url: http://theforstadtagency.com/quiz-missing-the-mark-2/
Also, where am I supposed to put the CSS? Somewhere in Forminator? Or?
I solved #2, but there’s a new problem
4. How do I get rid of the boarder that is around the entire form. Seems like it’s indicating “active” but I can’t find the setting for the life of me…
Here’s a screenshot of the boarder https://theforstadtagency.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/Screen-Shot-2022-06-04-at-8.59.43-PM.png

In reply to: [Olsen Light] Mobile Formatting IssuesSorry for my delay, I’m on an overdue vacation! lol
So, I haven’t changed a thing but now the mobile view is completely fine..(???)
I guess I can just save that code and if it messes up again put that in.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Olsen Light] Signature image sizeI just uploaded 299×86. And it seems like it is fitting instead of getting cut off. Still a little blurry but significantly better.
When uploading or changing the images size on wordpress, would it matter if I am doing it on an iMac or a macbook? Because I just changed it on the macbook and it fits now. Weird. Unless I just never tried 299×86.
What would cause an image that was fine to suddenly have formatting issues?

In reply to: [Olsen Light] Mobile Formatting IssuesFirst of all, thank you so much for the prompt response.
I’m a little hesitant to deactivate plugins for two reasons. 1. Some are protecting my site, and 2. I was originally built on wordpress.com (before I realized there was a difference). So I had The team over at WordPressbeginner.com transfer my blog over. I’m still able to view my sites stats on the wordpress.com app and all my content/comments are on my new site. But I’m afraid if I deactivate all plugins then this may seriously affect my site.
Is there a safe way to deactivate the plugins? Also, if it is a plugin what can I do? Because I’m pretty sure I need them all.
Here are my active plugins:
– Akismet: protect your blog from spam
– Jetpack by WordPress.com: enables you to connect your blog to a WordPress.com account
– WordPress importer: import posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, tags and more from a WordPress export file
– W3 Total Cache: improve the speed and user experience of your site
– Word press add custom CSS :used to remove blue underlined hyperlinks
– YOAST SEO : all-in-one SEO solution for WordPress, including on-page content analysis, XML sitemaps
– Tako Movable Comments: allows you to move comments from one post or page to another
– InPost Gallery : insert Gallery in post, page and custom post types just in two clicksThoughts?

In reply to: [Olsen Light] Signature image sizeThank you so much for the prompt response! That size worked!
But it’s really small and pixilated. I realize with images this small that’s the way it is, but I was wondering if there was some sort of work-around that would allow a bigger image (maybe 300×166) right there. Maybe add CSS? I don’t code so I have no idea how to write that, but I’m thinking add one of those text boxes to the widget with code for the image??
Don’t laugh if that is crazy. lol Clearly I’m new. 😉
