We found out we could also use a “File Manager” plug-in to access the files.

The URLs for the media files are:
Old file NOT in “Media” folder is in this directory.
http://rmfms.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/mar2013.pdf
Media file that IS in the “Media” folder is in this directory.
http://rmfms.org/wp-content/uploads/2016-Shows-by-State_2016.pdf
So, they ARE in the directory! How are they accessed so they’re visible in the media folder. I see only one way, to download them (one at a time) and reload them into the “Media” folder.
Is there another EASIER way? Can the “wp-content/uploads/2015/12/mar2013.pdf” folder be accessed directly?
