I have NO IDEA what I did wrong (or right for that matter), but I deleted all the wp info on my host, downloaded WP.zip again and then uploaded it again. Then I created a new config.php file an uploaded it with FTP, and then…it works!!!!
So now U know! Pull down and build from start seems to be the solution on this one?
