Yes, I think it was due to the plugin. I did go into ftp and deactivate as per the instructions above but I get the same message. I try to login and it wants to take me thru the install process. Should I remove the first install and try again. What will happen to my files if I do this?
I’m having a similar problem. I had an operating website on Joomla platform on Bluehost. I wanted to migrate it to WordPress. I uploaded WordPress and then installed the FG Joomla to WordPress plugin. I was attempting to migrate and couldn’t complete the process. When I came back to it, I couldn’t access the WordPress dashboard to go into the plugin and complete the process. When I try to go in via WordPress admin it wants to take me through the WordPress installation process. However, under my installs it is already showing WordPress. I’m hesitant to move any further without some advice. Can some help.
