OK, I contacted my webhost, InMotion Hosting and they said there was a conflict in data, they reinstalled, and it works fine now.

I am not sure you understand. If I login, I get that same index page. It never takes me to the dashboard. I don’t have anything set up at all, except whatever default theme comes with the installation. The only configuration I’ve done is create the MySQL database, the MySQL user, and entered that information into the wp-config file, all things that Fantastico and SimpleScript does automatically. I cannot see where the configuration is going wrong.
