OK It works ! I believe there is a conflict with W3 cache plugin because I decided to disactivate it for a try … and thatś it !

I have the same issue.
Even if I keep the original categories, changing their color gives no result.
If I create new categories, they all appeared with no fill color.
Please can you feedback for help.
I am using SCYLLA LITE as theme and everything seems to work with original categories.
