    I have this exact same issue. Glad you figured out the on hold and back to processing trick. Helped me out. It should be noted that there are 2 different table rate shipping plugins with the same name.

    It’s Table Rate Shipping by Bolder Elements and it is sold on https://codecanyon.net/item/table-rate-shipping-for-woocommerce/3796656

    No, this hasn’t been resolved. I replied to the message I received in my email.

    Which said ‘Well I got up early before customers started waking up to try out the new version but nothing changed on my end. It’s still impossible to unselect apple/google pay. It shows unselected and then a reload of the page it is magically back and activated. Purged everything out. So I’m reverting back to 9.9.2 again.’

    I just tried 2.0.2 and the errors have disappeared from my checkout page but now my form button fails to popup when clicked. I think it may have something to do with the included directories which seem to have default values which have no option to remove such as wp-includes. I am using the plugin solely for serving images. The old version has no issues.

    I have hunted around the forum for possible soultions.

    I use cloudways hosting and checking the DB it already shows actioned.
    I believe it is actually updated but the notification will not go away.

    My error log I think is unrelated to this issue.
