I missed a hard to see error telling me there may be duplicate content. Please try adding a red background to errors.
I am having the same issue. I am seeing this on two sites, one of which is plug-in free. I’ve tried everything I’ve seen on the web. This is happening to everyone in my office. It looks like my tinymce is trying to load over http but is on an https site.
In console
tinymce.min.js?ver=4711-20180425:formatted:4907 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://example.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2763&action=edit' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://example.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/themes/modern/theme.min.js?wp-mce-4711-20180425'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
