Thank you for your reply. Yes. I have a suspicion that it could be a server issue so am waiting for the host provider to check a few things.

Hi

It’s running The7 theme. The forms had been working fine when we initially built the site but months after logging in for further work for the client, I noticed they were not working.

Active plugins:

Yoast SEO, CookieYes, Head, Footer and Post Injections, Redirection, Site Kit by Google, SiteGround Optimizer, Slider Revolution, The7 Elements, Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder, WP Mail Logging, WPBakery Page Builder, Zapier for WordPress, Facebook Chat Plugin – Live Chat Plugin for WordPress, WP Mail Logging
