The problem has been solve only for the pictures I upload after the configuration.

Yes is the correct image. The dimensions are wrong.
By the way this does not happen to all of the product posts.i have read the setup guide.
i have disabled open graph tags from shareacholic settings and set open graph image dimensions on the WPSSO plugin to 1200×1200 and cheched crop.
but nothing happens.
when i share a product from my smartphone and my tablet everything is ok. but when i see the post from my computer the image is too big and the resolution very bad.also when i share a product from my computer the picture is bad as well.
