Hello. I’m having similar issue. My FAQ list went from a collapsed list of Questions to an expanded list where one now sees Question and Answer. The icon beside each are + symbols that do nothing when clicked. Additionally, within each FAQ is a checkbox for ‘Load this FAQ in the open state (default is closed). This is not available when using the accordion configuration’. This box is not checked, yet the FAQs are NOT closed, as is suggested. Additionally, we are not using accordion configuration.
