the blue border is because of this:
img a {border:1px solid #ccc}
img a:hover {border:1px solid #005495}

there you give any linked image a border of 1 px. If you don´t want that anymore just reduce it to 0px.

and I don´t know what a Tek is, sorry

it doesn´t matter where but add a ; after the black to make it a clean coding

or you just create a drop-down menu (just google it)

did you switch to new theme before you deleted the original one? and do you maybe in new_theme link to files of original_theme?

thats because your title is linked. You either make all links (a) in yellow or you add this:
h2 a {color:yellow;}
