I am still having a problem with this. I have tried to download the 3.0.1 upgrade today and received this message:

Unpacking the update.
Incompatible archive: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
Installation Failed
Any suggestions (I am no PC expert either, so suggestions in words of one syllable, please!)
