Having the same problem. Doesn’t seem to resize or use the correct ratio when cropping custom thumbnail sizes.
On a related note… Is it possible to have a custom permalink structure just for post types?
My regular blog posts are setup as
“.com/year/month/day/post-name”
can I keep that structure, but on a custom post type use
“.com/year/post-type/post-name”
For now, i’m adding in the header elements manually on each page, but I’ll keep checking back to see if anyone has an idea on how to do this using the the theme header.
