Ive had the same problem and tried the options listed at
http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL
and the Editing Functions.php worked to fix the issue.
However I changed my theme and i’ve gotten the same problem again.
Tried the same options as before and this time it doesn’t work. Ive tried all the options on the above page and none work for me.
Any suggestions?
