Having the same problem; followed your suggestion and see that Wordbooker fails with this message: Publish Default is not Set, Giving up
The checkbox for ‘Default Publish Post to Facebook’ is checked, however, so this is not helpful.

Okay, cured. Changed wp-config.phpL define( ‘DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE’,www.mydomainname) to (define( ‘DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE’,mydomainname)
Back on task the next day, and now the “Network Admin” link defaults to a login page.
Cured it. Disabled markdown plugin. Tnx.
