just an update, this has been fixed. For some reason the index.php file was renamed (index18.php) causing the issue. Once i renamed, it worked.

thanks for the reply tara, im getting lost when the instructions indicate deleting/replacing files on the webhost. is that accessible via the admin panel? I think i need to access via FTP, but I don’t know how to do that
