Thank you for the support, but we have resolved the issue. The client was eager to just go ahead with the importation of the new site and forego the backup, and everything worked fine with All in one WP Migration.

Thank you for the reply, I’ve gone ahead and removed the BackupBuddy backups, and this has allowed me to *almost* complete the export. However, now it got stuck at “Exporting Database…” at the end, and I got the following error:

Yes, everything is updated to the latest version.

Got it fixed. To any of you having this problem with hostgator, check out the section of the site where you can chat with someone from the site who can help you out.
