In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Please disable/deactivate your other cache plugin.Unchecking the option will not affect everything else. It’s on by default because having multiple cache plugins caching may cause issues. You mentioned that it matches our file, which means that that is not the case.
Having access will help us debug the issue, but should not interfere with it.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Please disable/deactivate your other cache plugin. The only other common issue I can think of is that the advanced-cache.php file is unreadable by the PHP process. What permissions does the file have?
If this does not look like an issue, then if you are willing to give us ssh access to your server, please email it to kfwu@litespeedtech.com (you can send a test email first)
If you’d rather just not deal with this problem any longer, you should be able to uncheck the ‘check advanced-cache.php’ option in our settings in the advanced tab.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Please disable/deactivate your other cache plugin. It doesn’t look like any of them should trigger the warning. Could you check your wp-config.php to see if there is a line that says:
define(‘WP_CACHE’, true);Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Please disable/deactivate your other cache plugin.I see. Perhaps it sees some sensitive information?
If you look at the environment report, within the text box you should be able to find “WordPress Specific Extras”. Could you paste those contents?
For example, mine looks like:
Wordpress Specific Extras wordpress version = 4.6.1 locale = en_US active theme = Twenty Sixteen active plugins = Array ( [0] => litespeed-cache/litespeed-cache.php )Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Active this? The settings depend completely on what you are looking for. I suggest leaving it as is and if you feel like it needs to be updated more/less often for any reason, you can adjust the TTLs accordingly.
Hope this helps,

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Active this? That option is more targeting users that wish to use the minify options of W3 Total Cache, as that uses the advanced-cache.php file as well.
As Frank mentioned, autoptimize does not use that file, so you should not need to worry about that option.
Are you seeing a warning?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Please disable/deactivate your other cache plugin.Gene, in the wp-admin, look for the LiteSpeed Cache Environment Report. Could you paste the contents here?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Bkav warns of VEXAC76.WebshellThanks for the heads up, we will take a look to see if we can figure out the trigger.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Bkav warns of VEXAC76.WebshellHi @deanveg,
We do not know why that signature was triggered. From some small research, it seems like they perhaps do not like the preg_replace calls?
We do use preg_replace in our code. We do not use exec nor eval, so we’re not sure why that was triggered. As our code is out in the open, if you or anyone finds out anything related to this signature, we’ll be more than happy to fix it. We do believe that this is a false positive though.
The link you provided also does not tell us which file triggered the warning, so we don’t think that this should be anything to worry about.
Hope this clears things up,

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Do not cache front pageSounds good, glad you found a solution!
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Do not cache front pageAlternatively, we do have a TTL specific for the front page. You can cache everything else for hours/days, then have the front page cached for 5 minutes or something short so that it randomizes every 5 minutes.
Cheers,
Kevin
