In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Ii still can not check it if…Do you see any difference between the two server configurations? Maybe a cache root setting is missing from the second one?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Ii still can not check it if…Hi Aroldobispo,
The sanandolatierra site is caching correctly.
The tierrapost site is always returning cache miss. If you are using version 1.0.11, cachelookup public on should always be set, which indicates that you have a configuration error.
Are these both on the same server or separate servers?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Script error on dashboardHi Knut,
The problem occurred for me today. From this, it should be fixed now for 1.0.11.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Script error on dashboardKnut,
Is it possible that the jQuery library was not loaded? Our script has a dependency on the jQuery package, so if that was not loaded, the .tabs error will appear.
If the library is loaded and that error is still there, let us know.

Do you have any plugins/themes that alter the admin dashboard in any way?
Thanks,

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Known Supported PluginsHi Yossi,
It looks like the editor is correctly showing no-cache. I did not look at all the intricate features of Elementor, but it does not look like there’s any issues.
Let me know if you encounter any problems while using a specific Elementor feature, and I will see if it’s caused by the cache plugin.
Cheers,

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] HTTP Error 500I see. Unfortunately, unless you can get more information about what was at that line, we won’t be able to determine if it is related to our plugin.
We apologize for any complications that this may have caused, but we do hope that you’ll be willing to give us another chance sometime 🙂

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] HTTP Error 500Do you have access to any logs? 500 is an internal server error, so there may be some logs that explain what the issue is.
What control panel does your web host use? cPanel, Plesk, etc.

We released 5.1.8 last week. It should have included the ETag support. Let us know if you encounter any problems!

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] How did this get installed?Hi skb,
We have a cPanel plugin that mass enables this plugin. If your site is part of a cPanel shared hosting server, your server admin may have enabled it on your site.
Cheers,
