In reply to: [WooCommerce] WP 5.0.1 breaks WooCommerce csv import? Also, I can tell you this:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/mkkdo9mg3pmxrlg/Screenshot%202018-12-19%2015.13.38.png?dl=0+ The MU-PLUGIN solution did also not work. Seems to be a deeeeeeep core issue.
Any idea if the announcement was made RE release? I know they usually don’t say much leading-up to the fix.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WP 5.0.1 breaks WooCommerce csv import?Disable Real MIME Check test unfortunately failed as well.
Example just showing that the fields will be refused for mapping / that this is not unique to us at the moment, even after installing the MIME check plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WP 5.0.1 breaks WooCommerce csv import?Hi @ryanr14
Thanks for your efforts here.
Test A)
I just tried to rename to text file and it didn’t work.Test B
Put the CSV (and TXT respectively) on the server directly, referencing the path directly, still unfortunately to no avail.
– here is a screenshot showing that this is, as WordPress/WooCommerce have indicated, is an unexpected WP CORE issue. You can see that the fields, regardless of what way we insert the file, refuse to be mapped:

Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WP 5.0.1 breaks WooCommerce csv import?None of the above worked without having to first compromise security :*(
I’m following the GIT post but not seeing anything that can assist in the interim of the release/patch from WP.
Could you assist, @ryanr14

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WP 5.0.1 breaks WooCommerce csv import?@cordz or those who’ve made this work. What version of WP is needed and is a closing PHP ?> needed if making a mu-plugin? Please advise.
I’m not sure why this isn’t helping (the interim solution).
Also, any news RE the official release/patch/update?

In reply to: CSV not uploadingAnyone know what file we need to add the add_filter patch option to as shown in the GIT patch? Thanks much. Just looking for how to apply the patch. I just added it to functions.php but i’m still seeing a CSV upload error inside of media when i drop in a CSV file for testing.

In reply to: CSV not uploading5.0.1 has the same issue as far as I’ve been able to tell.
I’m assuming the fix is on the way. I found the workaround/patch they’re working on above as well as the link to the discussion:
https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/45615#comment:14Other than that, we’re all just waiting to see what the deal is here… this is a monumentally large production BUG and frankly, I’m quite surprised they would let this happen. They’re much better than that.

In reply to: CSV not uploadingHi Everyone,
Any resolutions to this? Is this widespread? What would be the best means to getting my files importing, which were importing just fine previously…All are CSV files daily imported with product SKUs, etc.
Please advise WordPress Brethren!
