I found that menu, but I can only create a menu of direct links to category pages. (As seen currently on my website, http://www.PapersPencils.com)
What I recall being able to do was create a nested menu. The only thing displayed directly on the page were the top-level categories.
Then, by hovering over, lets say, “Rules Discussions,” a floating menu would open displaying the 10-12 different child categories I’ve written on Rules Discussion.
