Funnier, I’ve tried different things and the problem persists.
I’ve downloaded Bardera09B.bib file, renamed the file to Bardera.bib and upload again.
And still doesn’t work if I acces to Bardera.bib.
Then I’ve tried to change the permissions for Bardera.bib to 666 and doesn’t work.

Then I’ve tried to renamed Bardera09B.bib to Bardera09Bs.bib in the server and as I expected http://gilab.udg.edu/wp-content/uploads/publications/Bardera09B.bib doesn’t work.

Then I’ve downloaded Bardera09Bs.bib to my machine, renamed to Bardera09B.bib and upload to the server to be sure that there is no problem with the owner of the file or how the ftp creates the file. And it works.

Trying to add more information, I’ve renamed File.pdf to Bardera09B.bib to see if I can acces to the file but with the information of File.pdf but I get the old Bardera09B.bib. Maybe for the wordpress cache?

When you upload the file directly how are you doing that? Are you using filezilla, ftp, some other application?

I’ve tried with filezilla and also with Secure File Transfer Client.

The permissions for the publication folder are 664 and for the file 664.
I have a file in the thesis folder bigger and working. thesis folder and this file have the same permissions.

One final question/suggestion: Would following these directions work with your setup?

I cannot upload using this method because the file is bigger than 2Mb
