The plugin is “WP lightbox 2”.
It will appear like the skins of the plugin and not of the theme!

Did you change the permissions of your folders/files ?
I had the same probleme, the “save changes” button was missing, so i changed the permissions of the folders and files that i need to edit to 777 (chmod).
If you use Filezilla as ftp, you clic right on the file/folder you need to edit and chose “File permissions”, and change to 777 (or you can check all the cases).
