It doesn’t work again. It worked but than I purchased Gold pack and now it doesn’t work again.
My settings are:
Width: 80%
Height:
Max width: 640px
Max height: 480px
Initial width: 300
Initial height: 100Now I see picture like this:

Thank you for reply. I will make the purchase of the Platinum. But first I would like to see if we can solve this problem. If not, than unfortunately I can’t use this plugin.
I have set the parameters as in knowledge base “How to make popup responsive” but I still get big white space below the image (on the phone). Please see the screenshot from the phone.

Thank you for your reply and awsome offer. But I am actually thinking of buying Platinum version because in few months I will implement WPML for another language and as I saw only platinum version can show different popups for different countries. Is this true?
I would also like to know how to make popup to automaticaly adjust to desktop, tablet or phone. Because now I have popup as an image with size 640×480. But I can’t get it to show correctly on all devices. On some image is too big for the screen on others there is not scaled correctly.

OK. I was able to make some progres. I put shortcode to the top bar, since top bar is present on every page, post or product page. But now I have problem that it deploys on every page load. Is possible that popup would be deployed only first time that costumer visit the page. Or maybe once every day?
So.. I would like that popup is deployed on any page that costumer lands. But when he moves to another page the popup should NOT be deployed.
Please correct mistake. Thank you very much in advance.

Also doesn’t disable payment when free shipping is availible. Despite it is set that it should.

I did as you told me, but no effect. You can test again if this helps. But it didn’t work back than. I thought you hit resolve couse you will fix it in the 1.0.9 But the thing doesn’t work.

Now I found out that the error only exist in the checkout step where you check the order before you finish it. The fee for payment at delivery is charged despite the fact that coustumer didn’t choose it. But when you finish the order, this fee is not charged what is correct.

1. Yes. On the bank transfer there are just zeros:

But when I choose bank transfer and proced with the checkout, I get this (Placilo po povzetju = Pay at delivery). Despite chooing bank transfer I get Pay at delivery fee:

4. I don’t think there are other plugins that are running at checkout.
