I am having perhaps the same problem. I cannot send or receive emails via the FSContact Form using my GoDaddy-hosted MS Exchange account. i have added the site IP address to the safe senders list and changed the mail routing via the MX Entry Tool. I am still not able to send confirmations or receive submissions.
