Thanks for the reply Josh. Is it possible that what’s happening is:
- a newsletter recipient clicks on the unsubscribe link
- the default form that opens shows all possible lists including those to which the recipient is not subscribed
- the recipient checks all lists to unsubscribe even though not subscribed to all of them
- this increases the unsubscribe count artificially
I’m encountering the same problem. Any answers yet?
Cancel that, figured out I had to add the urls to the Social Media Tab of the Theme Options page.
