make sure that Facebook App, Facebook profile or page and the user who authorizes the app belong to the same Facebook account
Do you mean that the user needs to be an administrator of the page? Or does the user have to be the owner of the page?
I am administrator of a page, and I created the app, all following the instructions, but I keep getting the #200 error.
The page I am working is a personal profile that was converted into a page, so I am pretty sure there is no owner.
