I am using the W3 Total Cache plugin

I tried on my mom’s computer, still the same problem, so I though maybe it is my ISP, so I used the personal Hotspot on my iPhone and still the same problem… ISP ruled outI haven’t had any problems at all before today and the only thing I edited over the weekend is the robots.txt and that can’t cause harm can it?
