I tried all the troubleshooting ideas here. But it still not working.

I checked out the WooCommerce Email Designer plugin, and it doesn’t send any emails; it simply customizes the email template. Regarding ShipStation, I noticed that the ‘Send email’ option is enabled. - Is this happening to all orders on your site or for specific orders only?
This issue is affecting all orders on the site. - Can you please check if there are any patterns or similarities to these orders? Like, same products, same product type, same payment gateway, same customer, same shipping address, etc?
Upon checking, there’s no clear pattern. Regarding products, they vary across different orders. As for the payment gateway, we exclusively use the Square-Credit Card. Similarly, customers and their respective addresses differ in each case. - Do you remember any updates that happened on your site prior to this issue happening? Like, plugin or theme update?
We conduct scheduled updates for themes and plugins every Monday, and the last update occurred this past Monday
