The license activation issue is now fixed in the latest version of the plugin.
Please update the plugin to its latest version of 1.0.34
Remember to backup your site before you do any plugin updates.

I am working on this as we speak and should have an update for your soon. I will notify you once the plugin update is rolled out.

Both for free and premium version the response of the logged in user is saved in the database as proof.
Weather they log in a different machine, clear cookie, it does not matter, as long as they use the same user, because the response is saved on the user object in WP.
The plugin provides a feature for WooCommerce when visiting a product as a non logged-in visitor. Only in that case there is a cookie user for anonymous visitors.
When a user with credentials is logged in the response is always saved in the Database of WordPress.
The premium version provides better logging mechanism and export as CSV. In the free one you can check each users edit page where a check mark will show if they have accepted.

Add pop up blocker should be no issue as it is not an ad
Users without JS would not be able to accept right now.
What would you like to happen for non JS users? ex:
should the page be blank with a warning this page requires JS?
let me know, i am always looking to add cool new features.

This is not yet a feature.
I guess right now I would just redirect them to a page on which there would be a logic to redirect them again to their own user page.
The other, better way would be to use a token which is a dynamic value based on user context.
so that in the plugin you could specify something like yoursite.org/dashboard/%user_id% or yoursite.org/dashboard/%user_name%
where “%user_name%” would be a dynamic token.
This feature is not yet supported by the plugin but if you write again either here or on my contact page I am happy to add this as a premium feature. So basically if you already have a license key it would work for you.

This feature would be quite important. Looks like the subscription renewal email from woo commerce subscription plugin charges the client but does not add the new license key to that email.
IS there a workaround for this?

Hi,
The data is stored as user meta in the wp_usermeta table.
With the premium license key you can generate CSV file report of all users.
Also with the premium license key you can choose to activate advanced logging in which case the data would also be in a tpul_terms_user_log. This feature is not turned on by default.
There is a plan to develop a mail notification system in which case proof would also be stored in your own email inbox. I can not give an ETA for this feature for now.
