Does the code not appear after you refresh the page?
R: Yes, it doesn’t appeared after reloading.
Do you have access to the database? To be able to check if your code is in the posts table
R: Yes, after happening this issue I accessed the database and at the first time the code was there, but in WP panel didn’t appearead, second time the issue happened didn’t appeared at database and WP panel.
This is issue is happening even in a Clean WP installation, the code simply disappear, and it can cost hours of work if the code wasn’t backuped.
