Tried resetting plugins folder to no change.

-Deactivated all plugins. Same performance
-Switched to default theme: no improvement
-Will try the last two solutions and post back

Does this mean I’m stuck with the slow going version until I find a fix?
Is there any way to add some scripts to debug or diagnose the issue?
