Here’s some GREAT advice on getting the slider to show Page featured image instead of Post featured image – http://www.web2feel.com/how-to-show-pages-instead-of-posts-on-the-slider/ – Highly recommended! (not sure this works with themes created by somebody else, and haven’t got it to move automatically yet, have to click the slider to get the slides to move… but making progress!)
Thanks!.. I stuck the vslider plugin into my existing theme which has a nice simple HTML-based header and it works great, but the theme itself has other problems and I really want to change it. Maybe tomorrow I’ll try to witch the plugin for one of the themes that have those scary-looking Java headers.
Is there a plugin that would REPLACE the Featured Post slider? If so that would be great.
