Yeah I’ve tried that and it doesn’t seem like your chat on your website is working.
I have it disabled because it screws up my website completely when I have it live. I can only disable it if I know someone from your team is going to look at it immediately so that visitors to my site don’t see the screwed up site. We have a bunch of SEM/PPC campaigns running and I don’t want to risk screwing those up by making the popup live.
I’m unable to sign-in to the support page on your website. I’ve requested a password reset multiple times but I’m not getting an email. I’ve checked my spam/junk. I also attempted to chat with someone but I get no response.
