I might have found the trouble coursing issue.
In “Advanced” I enabled confirmation email message and also HTML autoresponder.
Now I have disabled these functions I can make a proper backup and copy it to the new site
In the plugin at the new site I have created as the same number new forms as forms in the old site, made a back up of all the forms at the old site and restored them succesfully (!!) to the new site.
This did the tric.
Thank you very, very much for all the efforts you put caused to solve my problem. I am very happy now.

That sounds good.Both plugins, on the old en the new site, are the same Version 4.0.43 (up to date).
Here you can find, at the bottom of the page, a form.
This back-up saves like contact-form-backup-30 As you can see the back-up hasn’t made properly.

I followed exactly the instructions, (they are not difficult) but my problem is as described above, that the backup is not made correctly. This is what I get in my back-up.
Then
I did what you advised me to do, I created a new form called “test” added a view new fields, made a backup, and restored it succesfully. But when I tried to restored it to the new domain, it did not work out.

Would it be possible to transfer all the 35 forms from the olde domain to the new domain on the same server?

Thank you for your very quick response to my question.That’s correct you’re saying.
The problem is that the form doesn’t appear in the new form.
This is what I get in my back-up, so this is not the form.
The back up in the form tools does not correct back-up the forms.Kind regards
