I went to Appearance >Customize > Widgets: And placed the Tagline following the TiTle.The header holding the title increased a bit but looks o.k.
So I went to Explorer and the sidebar does not show.
Then I went to Firefox – And it’s still there!

Where in Explorer the tagline does not show up but nor does the left sidebar.
Hope this clarifies the situation.

It has zero widgets but only shows up in Firefox but not in Explorer.Thanks
