I’m not sure what I’m looking for here though – as far as I know, we aren’t using any paid plugins. Is this issue coming up because we DON’T have the registration add on? Should the registration button be visible if we don’t have it?

I tried to create a ticket through the website but I don’t have a login and I don’t see a way to make one.
