Please confirm whether we are able to build a multi-page form using the free version of Metform as per the documentation and the instructions provided here:
https://wpmet.com/how-to-add-multi-step-form-in-wordpress/I’ve followed the instructions above but when it comes to the widgets needed to create a multi-page form, they are not available???

Thanks Moin Uddin Munna,
I spoke to the hosting company and my client uses a shared hosting account which has limits far below what you suggest:
- PHP time limit = 90
- PHP memory limit = 256M
They have temporaily increased the limits to the parameters you suggested and the edit functionality on the test form works as it should.
My concern is after they revert back to the old parameters is that the form won’t work on the live site. Also, each time we want to make a change will we be able to? The other point to consider is that the website is already using Contact Form 7 for the simple forms.
What are your thoughts and advice?
Kind regards,
Greg
Hi Roxy,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes I’m seeing the error when selecting WooCommerce “Home” on the dashboard.
Interim measures include restoring the website from backups on the host account (both the database and web content from the 23rd May). This had no impact as the error persists.
I just deactivated and reactivated the WooCommerce plugin and a bunch of code showed up at the top of the Plugins page. See screenshot and code as well.

Any idea what this means?
Kind regards,
Greg
Here is a screenshot of the error on the Woocommerce Home page:

And pressing the Reload doesn’t change the error at all
Thanks for clearing this up @davidanderson. There is a lot of misunderstanding about how to “solve” this issue.
A tech support from the hosting company gave this advice:
“As you can see it is looking for the file in/usr/local/cpanel, which is not in our environment. I would advise running a plugin that would search and replace any paths and URLs that might be incorrectly referenced, and then you could see if the open_basedir is triggered again. “
“Should you still be getting this error, a website developer would need to go through the code and update any code that is referencing Cpanel to the correct paths. “
Thanks again,
Kind regards,
Greg@vupdraft thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, the hosting provider doesn’t allow the deactivation of open_basedir.
Kind regards,
Greg
Here is the detail from Wordfence:
Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-wishlist/languages/yith-woocommerce-wishlist.pot Type: File Filename: /usr/www/users/XXXXXXXXX/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-wishlist/languages/yith-woocommerce-wishlist.pot File Type: Plugin Details: This file belongs to plugin "YITH WooCommerce Wishlist" version "3.11.0" and has been modified from the file that is distributed by WordPress.org for this version. Please use the link to see how the file has changed. If you have modified this file yourself, you can safely ignore this warning. If you see a lot of changed files in a plugin that have been made by the author, then try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin to force an upgrade. Doing this is a workaround for plugin authors who don't manage their code correctly.Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Looking for a Plugin to reproduce this action….Thanks cubecolour,
Unfortunately, I’m a bit of a newb when it comes to code and php and the like, actually crashed the site when I tried to add mosaic to the functions.php…
So a bit reluctant to go down that route again without step-by-step instructions on how to do it exactly.
I was hoping to find a WP plugin to do the same thing….with instructions of course…
Any other ideas would be most gratefully received.

In reply to: Websites broken in IE 10Thank you…will look at that now.
Do you have any recommendations of which Validation to carry out first? Or which ones are likely to uncover the problems representing in IE 10?
I’m using IE 9 and all 3 websites display perfectly….
Any help will be most welcome.

In reply to: Websites broken in IE 10Apologies…I didn’t realise that this forum is specific to WordPress theme directory.
Unfortunately, can’t get access to the paid forum until the client pays!!!
I may be stretching things here a bit but are there any generic checks or tests I can carry out in the meantime?
Appreciate your advice.

In reply to: Websites broken in IE 10Sorry forgot to mention that I used 3 different themes from iThemes.
Got help from the WP-Property forum directly:
You can simply make property types: “Homes for Sale”, “Homes for Rent”,“Commercial Sales, assign properties to them and paste customized shortcode [property_overview property_type=homes_for_sale] to your “Homes for Sale” page.
Thanks Ravan,
Appreciate the help…

Hey Ravan,
Another question:
Is it possible to make the Gallery to appear vertically within a page?
In other words, all the text will be arranged say on the left hand side of the page and the gallery will be on the right…

Greg
