Now, let me ask you something:

I am using the Box Office extension to sell these spots in my events. It works like a charm… except that my customer has to have an account in the site for this. If they are not signed in, or using an incognito mode, the extension doesn’t allow the customer to place an order.

Why is that? I want to facilitate it for people so they don’t have to create an account.

I also have the option ‘Allow customers to place orders without an account’ ticked.

Amanda, thank you. I went ahead and purchased the addon, but now I’m having issues on setting it up.

I mean, I am able to add the fields and they show. No problem. But the desired functionality is:

If my customer adds “Product A” more than once, I want these fields to render multiple times. Once for each instance of “Product A” in the cart.

Any suggestions?
