I have a small portfolio WP site (using DIVI theme though) and yesterday randomly it stopped loading on all mobile browsers when on mobile network. For whatever reason it will load fine on WIFI (also odd because both my mobile and wifi are through the same company).
Its just a blank white screen and never finishes loading. On one instance I got a timed out error but all the other times it just does nothing.
I’m currently trying to sort out if its my hosting, DIVI’s recent update, issues with my mobile network maybe blocking my IP (which would be weird bc honestly I get no traffic)
Anyway how did you end up resolving this? I need to as well.

Oddly in the email from wordpress notifying me of the critical error it said the plugin ElementsKit Lite was responsible. But after some trial and error, I realized it was Php. As soon as I updated my Php it all resolved.
Historically all of this used to auto update, I will have to look into why it didn’t this time. Even the latest WP update didn’t auto update.
I will admit I kind of panicked when all I saw was a critical error message on my site and couldn’t even get to the login page. And only discovered the email from WP in my spam because I was looking for something else.
