In reply to: [Labinator Minimal Maintenance Mode] Coming Soon Page not workingDear Sir,
Thank you for your message and for your suggestion.
The plugin at the moment only takes the content from the page and not the page itself. When designing this plugin, the focus was on extreme minimalism and speed.
Having said that, your feature request has been duly noted. We will surely consider adding such a feature in the near future.
We are sorry that the current version of the plugin did not match up your needs.
Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.

In reply to: [NanoSpace] HEADER WITH BUTTONHello!
Thank you for your message.
Concerning your questions, please note that our free support channel on WordPress.org only covers bug related issues. We can’t offer website or theme customizations as part of this support channel.
Having said that, you can achieve your objective if you use a page builder. Using a page builder like (Elementor Pro) allows you to create any design you wish. The NanoSpace theme fully supports the Elementor and Beaver page builders. Any of these builders will allow you to design your header, page content, and footer in any way you wish. This would be by far the easiest way to do it without hiring a web designer or developer.
We hope that helps!

In reply to: [NanoSpace] see all video in header@adrenerg1co : Thank you for your message and for choosing NanoSpace.
The video background feature is mostly made for background effects much more than actual videos.
To solve your issue, you have two solutions:
Solution #1: Use a page builder to build your desired page. NanoSpace is designed to be used with page builders. We recommend the Elementor builder.
Solution #2: Go to Customize → Custom CSS then type the code below:
.intro-special { padding: 25% !important; }That will increase the padding around the embedded video which should logically show it all. Play with that padding percentage until you reach the desired result.
We wish you all the best!

In reply to: [Labinator Content Types Duplicator] Media File RenamerHello!
Thank you for your message.
Your suggestion has been duly noted. We will surely consider adding support for the third-party plugin “Media File Renamer” in the near future.
Once we do so, we will update this ticket again.

In reply to: [NanoSpace] SidebarHello!
Thank you for your patience.
Please update to the latest version of the theme then try to set the page template by choosing “with sidebar“.
For blog posts, the sidebar is visible by default unless you specify “Fullwidth content with no paddings” from the “Page Builder Layout” section.
We hope that helps!

In reply to: [NanoSpace] SidebarHello!
Thank you for reporting this bug.
Logically speaking, the sidebar should be visible if you choose the “with sidebar” page template. Our team is currently checking some possible conflicts while analyzing this problem.
Please allow a few days of work to analyze and fix this bug.
We will update this ticket as soon as possible.
Thanks in advance for your patience.

In reply to: [NanoSpace] Widgets cant go to where they need to.Hello!
Thank you for your message and for using NanoSpace.
The theme — at the moment — does not provide two column widget areas to allow you to add widgets (side-by-side) to the left and right side of the screen.
NanoSpace is designed to be bloat-free while fully supporting all popular page builders. When you have a custom design like in your case, it is always advised to use a page builder where you can specify as many columns as you want and put these widgets in any way you wish.
One option is to use the Elementor page builder which is also free of charge and can be downloaded from WordPress.org. Install the builder then create your own custom shop page.
We hope that helps!

In reply to: [NanoSpace] can’t change Woocommerce Product Image SizeThank you for your reply.
We have already added your request to the list of suggestions for our team to consider in future versions of the theme. In the meantime, you can either adjust the size in CSS, use a page builder, or simply create bigger images.
Generally speaking from a design perspective, it is nice to have big images for your products. Even if you are selling music, you can still create nice big featured images for your albums. The bigger the image, the better the customer experience will be. We highly recommend you to keep your images big and clear for best possible results.
We wish you all the best!

In reply to: [NanoSpace] can’t change Woocommerce Product Image SizeHello!
Thank you for choosing NanoSpace.
Concerning your question, we are sorry to inform you that there is no option in the theme at the moment to change the image size of the WooCommerce product. The options that you see there in the theme are for the main shop page and not for the individual single product page.
The best solution in your case is either for you to use a page builder to create your own custom product layout or you can create big images.
Alternatively, you can try to adjust the size of the image using Custom CSS but that will not make the layout of the single product page look elegant.
You can try the below code and see if that would help in your case:
.single-product-images { width: 500px; }Note 1: You need to add the above code to the “Custom CSS” box that you find in the customization panel.
Note 2: Change the width to your desired number.—
We hope that helps!

In reply to: [NanoSpace] Mobile MenuHello!
We’re sorry for the trouble you are having.
Concerning your question, please note the following:
1. The color of the toggle mobile menu by default is black.
2. The above steps should work out for you since they work on all of our sites.Since they are not working out, then something else not related to the theme is conflicting with your CSS.
To debug the problem, you can try the following:
1. Deactivate temporary all plugins.
2. Clear the cache from your browser, server, and CDN.
3. Make sure to remove temporary any custom CSS codes that you have added manually to your website. The above steps should logically solve your problem. The next step would be to identify the plugin that was the causing the issue. To find that out, you will need to re-activate your plugins one-by-one until you find the one that is causing the problem. Before every test, you have to make sure to clear the cache from the browser, server, and CDN — or deactivate all caching completely until you’re done with your debugging session.

You can also reach out to us at: https://labinator.com/wordpress-marketplace/contact — and share your login details using the secure form for our team to check it up.
Please note though that the problem you are experiencing is not related to our theme. The solution would mostly involve a third-party plugin that our team can not debug or fix since it would be beyond the range of our free support channel.
We hope that helps!

In reply to: [NanoSpace] Mobile MenuHello!
Thank you for using NanoSpace.
To change the color of the toggle mobile menu button, please follow the steps below:
- Go to: Customizing ▸ Header Builder ▸ Mobile Main Bar
- Scroll down till you find the “Colors” section.
- Change the “Link text color” to your desired color. That will also change the color of the toggle menu button.
By default, it should be displayed as black but for some reason on your website, it appears as transparent.
We hope that helps!

Step 4: Display the toggle icon by dragging the “Toggle” element to the right section of the builder.
Step 5: Create or assign the mobile menu by going to (Customize > Menus). We hope that helps!
